    主要开展油菜早熟抗逆育种和生物育种技术研究:搜集自然群体,创建突变体,筛选鉴定优良早熟抗逆甘蓝型油菜种质,利用全基因组关联分析、图位克隆、反向遗传等技术手段挖掘和克隆参与调控甘蓝型油菜早熟抗逆(特别是抗寒抗冻)的基因,揭示其作用分子机理;同时结合基因编辑等生物技术手段,创造出满足“南方稻田作物多熟制”生产重大需求的早熟、抗寒、农艺性状优良的油菜种质,为油菜基因组设计育种提供理论基础和基因资源。以第一作者或通讯作者在Plant Journal、Communications Biology、Molecular Plant Pathology等国际主流期刊上发表论文20余篇。先后主持国家自科基金(青年+面上)、生物育种重点专项子课题、国家重点研发项目子课题、湖南省优秀博士后创新人才项目等10余项。
